Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We only ship to Australia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Can I collect my order from your warehouse?

No, we do not offer in-person collection or click-and-collect. All orders are dispatched directly from our warehouse to your business location.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received - new, any tags and/or labels still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Payments

What types of payments do you accept in the online store?

Our online store accepts all major credit cards, processed securely through Eway’s trusted payment gateway.

Can I pay my trade account online?

No — online payments are not available for trade accounts. Trade account invoices are processed through our internal Accounts Department, based on your approved credit terms.
