Frequently asked questions

Polycarbonate or polypropylene containers?

Polycarbonate is crystal clear, very tough and handles a wider temperature range. Polypropylene is translucent, lower in cost and resists a wider range of cleaning chemicals.

Why use coloured lids?

Coloured lids help staff identify contents at a glance, for example to keep allergens or raw proteins separate.
